Synopsis
There was a boy who took care of a fig tree which did not bear any fruit for a long time. One day, he went to another world through his dream and got the fruit he wanted so much but he feel he could not get enough. //// There was a boy who took care of a fig tree which did not bear any fruit for a long time. Before long, however, the boy got tired of the world where everything he wanted was possible.
In the end, he came back to the real world and kept on taking care of the fig tree.

Purpose
In ‘Samsara’, Korean traditional method of inlaying Lacquerware with mother-of-pearl is used to tell the story about a boy’s dream. The boy in this film finds out the meaning of ‘process’ through his one night journey in a dream where he can only enjoy the consequences.
