Synopsis
Private KIM, a man who loves drawing is badly burned from a accident in the military and survives a year of painful treatment. Finally the day has come to unwrap the bandages…
Purpose
The story of overcoming adversity and returning to a life of peace relates to people. 
The film, Homo erecTattoos, is an animation based on the director’s real near death experience. 
Homo erecTattoos is a combination of the word ‘homo erectus' which refers to humans who walk upright and use tools and the word ‘tattoo'. 
It becomes a compound word meaning 'The story of a man who rose again through tattoos’.
