Synopsis
The main characters are getting ready to leave the island.
At dusk, they heard warnings about the island from grandmother who lives with them.
Early the next morning, when they try to escape the island safely with the coins they received from grandmother, they are chased from the fog on the island by mistake.
The main characters, mother and child have a tough game on a bridge connecting the island to the land.
After the struggle, mother realized that child's existence was a fog and an illusion, and released her child and left the island.
Purpose
I made the story based on the story of Samsin Halmae, which is passed down from island called [Yeongdo] by tradition.
Thinking about Samsin Halmae who love the provincial people but bullied them when they were leaving the island, I illustrated the meaning of the island in two ways from main character.
