Synopsis
Mr. Otter finishes work and on his way home he meets many different animals. These animals are his neighbours and they are all discussing the changes (development) going on in the area. However Mr. Otter hasn't made up his mind to move yet because he has young children. Mr. Otter is welcomed home by his family and calms his wife's fears and finishes his day at home.
Purpose
People often harm nature when they develop an area. However, it's a necessary evil that we develop an area but we must keep in mind what we are doing to the surrounding environment. This doesn't only affect the plants and animals, but humans as well.
