Synopsis
Steeped in inventing the recipe for her bakery's cherry pie, a little girl's mother cannot help but refuse to spend time with her daughter. The little girl makes use of her own imagination to create a fantastic cherry pie and seize playtime with mother.
Purpose
A mother struggles to perfect her cherry pie recipe on her own, but her attempts fall short. The protagonist, eager to spend time with her mother, tries to bake a cherry pie herself, only for the oven to explode, resulting in failure. However, when the two finally come together and share their efforts, they create the most extraordinary pie. The directors aim to highlight the warmth and bond of family, emphasizing that working together is far more rewarding than going it alone.
