Synopsis
In a world full of mystery, a lonely prince, grieving the loss of his beloved queen, sets out on a quest to find the legendary dragon’s heart that grants immortality. However, instead of being accompanied by brave warriors, his companions are an eccentric stable boy and a timid-looking bard.
Purpose
[FIND THE HEART] was created to deliver a warm message of comfort to those struggling with closed hearts. Through the minstrel and the stable boy who reach out to the grieving protagonist, the story conveys a hopeful message that there is always someone nearby willing to lend a helping hand.
In this work, “opening one’s heart” is depicted as an adventure. The inner journey, filled with both excitement and fear, is metaphorically represented by the quest of the prince, the stable boy, and the minstrel. As the protagonist confronts his own shortcomings and wounds, and grows with the help of his companions, the audience is naturally drawn to follow his emotional journey and experience the adventure alongside him.
To ensure that people of all ages can easily relate, the film adopts a warm, cartoonish animation style. With fairy tale-inspired concept art and the characters’ playful humor, the story’s message is made approachable and comforting.
With [FIND THE HEART], we hope to offer a little courage and hope to those who feel alone. Above all, we wish that this work brings warmth to the audience, and reminds us all of the importance of opening our hearts and reaching out to one another.
