Synopsis
In the town square, various kinds of people and their pet surprises Baba the witch and her cat Chichi. Before long, Baba feels herself inferior to other fancy people, and follows to decorate her cat Chichi like them. More and more acceseries on Chichi pressures him and finally he almost gets unable to move.
