Synopsis
Ice-girl and Electric-girl, who have supernatural powers, go out into the world to help people, just like heroes do on TV. Unfortunately, they accidentally run into trouble, are captured by a hero, and confined to a supernatural power rehabilitation center.
They are shocked when in a TV interview, the hero accuses them of being problematic children. So they secretly train to strengthen their abilities to be able to stand up against the hero once they leave the center.
Later on, they almost win the fight against the hero, but they are overwhelmed by an army and are placed in a mental hospital. The two girls, seized with madness, try to escape once again.

Purpose
Through comedy, this story satirizes adults that without mercy suppress children who have positive intentions and the potential for dreaming, resulting in the children becoming evil.
