Synopsis

The child has a habit of abusing his toys. One day, he comes home and starts to play with them as always, but he trips and falls down. When he wakes up, he finds that he has turned into a small toy, and he faces another gigantic version of himself. He suffers the same kinds of abuse that he had inflicted upon his toys. But the toys that he had abused do not feel hatred for him. Instead, they help to repair his broken body, leading the child to realize his mistakes.

Purpose

When I read the children's book "The Adventures of Nils", I wondered how people would feel if they suddenly became weak victims who suffered all the bad things that they did to others. I felt that they might realize their mistakes. Children can be very innocent but they can become very cruel just as easily and behave cruelly to animals and objects. A toy is something that is close to a child and children's desire to play, so it became the subject of this film. Toys are non-living things that can be easily replaced after suffering a lot of violence. The toys in this story can feel happiness and sorrow, but they keep their emotions hidden from their owner. That reason is that the child is their friend whom they love. The child is not attacked by the toys but by his own self as a giant. He no longer abuses his toys after having this experience.
