Synopsis

An old man and his old dog are living an ordinary life. One day, a UFO appears near their home and causes the old man’s dog to become transformed. Though the old man is horrified by his hideously transformed dog, the dog still wants to be close to the old man. A subtle change takes place in the old man’s feelings toward his dog, causing inner conflict and leading to certain events. Will the old man be able to cope with his companion's transformation with unwavering love?

Purpose

This animation expresses humanism through the relationship between an old man abandoned by his family and his old dog which has been his longtime companion. It deals with a change in one's appearance which brings about a change in a relationship and asks how the relationship can be sustained.
