Synopsis
Sean is an engineer who demolishes old buildings for redevelopment. One day, he is going about his job when a rat gets in the way. After hunting for the rat, he finally corners it, but he discovers the rat's family. Sean is faced with a tough choice. Will he demolish the building or save the rat and its family?
Purpose
I wanted to give a behind-the-scenes look at redevelopment. The story is about men with power who want to have everything. They use money and justifications to control the weak. This animation explores unfair land speculation and asks who truly benefits from redevelopment.
