Synopsis
A greedy theater owner puts on a show where dolls are destroyed. The spectators are thrilled by the excitement of seeing the dolls being broken. One nutcracker doll isn't so easy to break. It attempts to escape, and the owner of the theater meets his own demise on the stage.
Purpose
The owner of the theater made money by putting on a spectacle where dolls were destroyed, but he brings about his own downfall on the stage. The moral of the story is that twisted greed and materialism ultimately lead to ruin.
