Synopsis
The passive students in class write down the teacher's instruction on their notes. The main character 'Question Mark' is the only one who asks questions to the teacher. But the question gets ignored and he is stigmatized as a talkative and annoying student, and rejected by the other students in class.
Purpose
It criticizes the government that does not give a definite answer and ignores the opinion of the people. And when the question is raised, stigmatize it as a nuisance that causes confusion in the society.
