Synopsis
In a world ruled by the Great Hand, two young girls transform into an iron-eating monster called the Bulgasari. They bite off the fingers of the Great Hand and escape the confines of their world.
Purpose
The Great Hand symbolizes a power reigning over an unreasonable and unequal world. The iron-eating monster Bulgasari, which cannot be defeated with any weapon in the world, is born due to such invisible social ills as tired old customs, prejudices and unreasonable institutions.
